NOT SAINTs
Not Saints: Music, Community, and Recovery
More than just a music organisation, Not Saints represents a compassionate approach to supporting individuals navigating recovery from substance misuse. Born from personal experiences with addiction, we understand the complex challenges of rebuilding life and finding connections.
Since 2019, Not Saints has created a unique space where music and recovery intersect. Our approach goes beyond traditional support models, offering creative opportunities that help individuals rediscover themselves and their potential.
By hosting events like open mic nights, festivals, and gigs, we provide safe, engaging environments that challenge the typical narratives around addiction and recovery.
Working closely with respected recovery organisations across the UK - including Change Grow Live, Bristol Drugs Project, and Turning Point - we have developed a network of support that extends far beyond music.
We don't just host events though, we provide training in event management, song writing, and produce world class records from inspirational talents.
Our philosophy is simple but powerful: recovery can be meaningful, creative, and even enjoyable. The motto "We are not a glum lot" captures their spirited approach, emphasising that life in recovery can be vibrant and full of possibility.
From residential music projects to awareness events, Not Saints continues to create opportunities that connect, inspire, and transform lives, one note at a time.
